These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of uvdtfdecor.com (the “Site”) and the supply of UV DTF wraps, custom prints, sample packs and related products by UV DTF Decor (“we”, “us”, “our”). They are written for business customers. By using the Site or placing an order, you accept these Terms.
UV DTF Decor is the trading name of Guangzhou UV Factory, with its registered address at Baiyun District, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China. Contact: owc15814847983@gmail.com.
The Site is a business-to-business catalogue. Product images, design previews, specifications and lead times are provided for guidance and may be updated at any time. We try to keep everything accurate, but nothing on the Site is a binding offer: a contract is formed only as described in section 4. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or scrape it at scale without our written consent.
Our pattern library (including all design numbers such as cw-001) is our intellectual property. When you buy wraps printed with our designs, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use those designs on products you decorate and sell. You may not resell or redistribute the design artwork itself, share it for third-party printing, or register it as a trademark or design right.
For custom prints, you confirm that you own or have all rights needed for the artwork you send us, and that it does not infringe anyone’s intellectual property, personality or other rights. You are responsible for your artwork; we may decline any order that appears to infringe third-party rights. We do not claim ownership of your artwork — we use it only to produce your order and keep it confidential.
Colours are reproduced within normal print tolerances. Screen previews and photographs are indicative; slight variation between batches and devices is not a defect. Where colour accuracy is critical, please order a sample pack first.
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing (including by email) — for made-to-order and custom runs, acceptance follows confirmation that your artwork and specifications are production-ready. Minimum order quantities and production lead times are stated in each quotation. We may decline or cancel an order if it appears fraudulent, unlawful or infringing.
Sample packs are offered so you can test our wraps on your own products before ordering. Sample terms — contents, price (if any) and any credit against a future order — are stated in our current sample offer or quotation.
Prices are quoted in US dollars unless stated otherwise, and may change before an order is confirmed. Payment terms are set out in the proforma invoice — typically a deposit with the balance before shipment, or as agreed in writing for established accounts. Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer; any import duties, taxes and clearance costs in the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.
Trade terms (for example EXW, FOB or CIF, as stated in the quotation) define the point where risk and cost pass to you. Delivery dates are good-faith estimates and depend on production, inspection and freight availability. We pack every order to protect the film in transit; please inspect deliveries on arrival.
If goods arrive damaged or do not match the confirmed specification, contact us within 15 days of delivery with your order reference, photos and batch details. Our remedy is replacement of the affected goods or a credit note, at our option. This does not cover damage caused by storage, handling, application or substrates outside the guidance in our Application Guide.
We warrant that goods conform to the confirmed specification at the time of dispatch. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for the affected goods, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost production. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Neither party is liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural events, epidemics, strikes, transport disruption, customs delays, or power or network outages.
Each party will keep the other’s non-public business information confidential and use it only for the purposes of the supply relationship. This includes your artwork and production details, and our pricing and unannounced designs.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. We will always try to resolve any disagreement amicably through the contacts in section 1 first. If we cannot, the dispute will be decided by the courts of Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China, unless a mandatory law gives you the right to sue elsewhere.
We may update these Terms from time to time; the version published on the Site applies to new orders placed after the change. If you disagree with a change, stop using the Site — orders already confirmed continue under the Terms accepted at confirmation.
