We specify, qualify and ship. Printing, finishing and packing are carried out in Guangzhou, with inspection and colour checks on every batch. You're welcome to arrange a third-party audit; the factory section shows the lines and the equipment.
We supply trade buyers. Tier 1 starts at a small number of rolls so you can trial the product, but we're not a retail supplier. End users are referred to a distributor in their region.
Yes — TDS, MSDS, REACH and RoHS declarations are issued with the price list. Send the request and they'll be in your inbox the same day.
Send the batch number, the quantity affected and photos or video. We trace the batch through the production and inspection records, identify the cause and settle per the agreed terms. Use the enquiry form and select "Quality claim".
We correspond in English by default; other languages by arrangement.
