Privacy Policy

Last updated: 12 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how UV DTF Decor (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit uvdtfdecor.com (the “Site”) or contact us about our UV DTF wraps, custom printing and related products and services. We keep this policy short and factual — it describes what actually happens on this Site.

1. Who we are

The Site is operated by Guangzhou UV Factory (“UV DTF Decor”), registered at Baiyun District, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

Contact for privacy matters: owc15814847983@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you give us

When you submit an enquiry, request a quotation, ask for a sample pack or correspond with us, we collect the details you provide, which may include:

  • your name, business email address, phone / WhatsApp number;
  • company name, country or region, business type and website;
  • product interest, expected order volumes and the design numbers you selected from our pattern library;
  • a shipping address, if you request a sample pack;
  • the content of your messages and any files or links you choose to share.

The Site does not offer user accounts and does not process payments — we do not collect passwords, card numbers or identity documents through the Site.

2.2 Information collected automatically

Like almost all websites, our servers keep standard technical logs when pages are requested: IP address, browser and device type, the pages visited and the time of the visit. We use these logs only for security, troubleshooting and aggregate traffic statistics. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers, and the Site sets no cookies for ordinary visitors (see our Cookie Policy).

2.3 Fonts and third parties

All fonts and assets on this Site are served from our own servers. Browsing the Site does not send requests to any third-party font, analytics or advertising service.

3. How we use your information

  • to respond to your enquiry and answer questions;
  • to prepare quotations, arrange samples and process orders;
  • to arrange printing, packing, shipping and related logistics;
  • to keep business records and comply with accounting, tax and legal obligations;
  • to protect the Site against spam, abuse and security threats.

4. Legal bases for processing

Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or similar laws apply, we rely on: your consent (when you submit an enquiry form), performance of a contract (when we supply products or samples to you), our legitimate interests (responding to business enquiries, securing the Site, keeping records) and compliance with legal obligations (tax and accounting).

5. Cookies

We do not set cookies for ordinary visitors. Cookies are used only on the administrator login of the Site and only for staff accounts. Full details are in our Cookie Policy.

6. Sharing your information

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with:

  • our hosting and email providers, which store the Site’s database and process enquiry notifications on our behalf;
  • couriers and logistics providers, to deliver sample packs and orders;
  • professional advisers and authorities, where required by law.

7. International transfers

We operate from China. Information you send us is processed and stored on servers in San Francisco, United States, and accessed by our team in China. Where required, we take steps to protect your information in line with this policy when it is transferred internationally.

8. How long we keep information

  • Enquiries that do not lead to an order: up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted.
  • Customer and order records: kept as long as needed to serve you and to meet accounting and tax requirements.
  • Server logs: kept for short periods for security and diagnostics.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EEA, the UK and California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email owc15814847983@gmail.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

10. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information: the Site is served over HTTPS, access to enquiry data is restricted to staff who need it, and login attempts are rate-limited and monitored. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we keep our footprint deliberately small: no accounts, no payments and no third-party trackers on this Site.

11. Children

The Site is a business-to-business website and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will apply only to information collected after the change, unless the law requires otherwise.
