Designs are printed and UV-cured, rolls are finished to our specification — and every roll leaves with a batch number that traces back to the raw material lot, the line and the shift.
Numbers below are the ones distributors check first — they describe the factory operation, and each one is stated with its measurement basis.
Because printing and finishing run to our specification rather than to a fixed stock list, we can work to order instead of only selling what's on the shelf — which is what makes custom designs and private label possible.

Anyone can repeat a product name. Describing what happens at each stage is the harder part — and that is the difference worth checking.
Artwork is checked before anything runs: resolution, colour build, white underlayer and repeat layout. A printed proof is approved before production. Key control: proof approval, resolution check.
White underlayer and colour layers are printed onto the film, with registration monitored throughout the run so the design lands where it should, on every roll. Key control: registration, monitored inline per run.
The print is cured inline immediately after each pass, so the colours lock in before the roll moves on. Key control: curing energy, logged per run.
Printed output is measured against the approved proof with a spectrophotometer under colour-corrected light, roll after roll. Key control: ΔE against the approved proof.
Rolls are cut to the width the customer needs. Custom sizes are one of the main reasons distributors buy direct rather than through a reseller. Key control: width tolerance; standard and custom widths available.
Tension and roll diameter are controlled so the roll feeds properly on your finishing line and does not telescope in transit. Key control: tension, roll diameter, core size to customer requirement.
Inline monitoring plus sampling of finished rolls. Colour, registration and appearance are checked against the approved sample before the batch is released. Method: inline + sampling inspection.
Moisture barrier wrapping, batch label and export carton. Private label cartons and labels are applied here when the order is branded. Options: neutral or private label packing.

Custom prints and private label runs are scheduled against confirmed orders. Scheduling to be confirmed.
Export cartons, palletising and container loading handled at the factory. Documents issued for sea and air freight.
A distributor who ships a bad roll to their customer loses that customer. Batch consistency is the whole game in this business.
Material checked before it enters the line, so a bad lot never becomes a bad roll.
Monitored while the line is running — problems are caught during the run, not after.
Finished rolls tested against the approved sample before the batch is released for shipping.
Every roll carries a batch number. If a customer reports a problem, we can trace that batch back through the production record instead of guessing.
